3 Simple Stages
We kick things off by getting you to fill out the
That gives us the basic information we need. We then follow up with a Discovery call to get to know you better and discuss the site concepts further.
We’ll then send you a Quote and if you accept, we need the initial deposit paid before starting work.
We’ll usually create your basic website in 2-3 weeks for an initial review.
We then gather your feedback and revise the site accordingly.
Over the following 2-4 weeks, we’ll do a number of revisions and work closely with you to finalise the design.
There’s some standard housekeeping to do before your site is ready to go live.
We’ll optimise the content and images for Search Engines, make sure it looks good on all devices, tidy everything up and boost performance, so it’s lean and mean.
When you’re happy, pay the remaining invoice amount and we’ll PUSH THE BUTTON!
For simple websites, if we have all the information we need up-front we aim to deliver your finished site in 4-6 weeks. We’ll need some of your time to help us out with queries along the way, or it may drag on a little longer.
For more complex websites – such as e-commerce stores or membership/forum sites – it may take up to 8-10 weeks to deliver the finished site. If you need something a little unusual, there may be a few extra costs for purchasing premium plugins or custom coding your site.
As soon as we’ve talked and understand exactly what you need, we’ll give you more accurate timescales and give you an estimate for any additional costs so everything is 100% clear. If at that point you decide not to go ahead, we’ll fully refund you.
Please note that once we’ve started work on your site, your deposit is non-refundable.
What We’ll Need from You
A few things we need from you before we start
If you have one!
Ideally in PDF, EPS or AI formats, or as large as you have in any image format.
Otherwise, we’ll select one for you from our Templates.
Images & Photos
Any images or photos you want including.
We can source these for you if you prefer.
A copy of your brand style guide if you have one.
If not then let us know any ideas you have for colours, fonts & overall styling.
If you’ve already purchased Web Hosting, we’ll need a login for that.
If you’ve taken out hosting with us then it’s all sorted 🙂
If you have an existing website that runs on WordPress, we’ll need an admin login for that too, so we can take a look around and prepare your existing site for the eventual switch over.
The Tools We Use
Once you’re signed up, you’ll have our direct email and phone numbers for general communication.
We’ll also give you our Whatsapp and Skype details for instant messaging and video calls when we need.
At the start of the project, we’ll set up a shared space on our Google Drive just for you!
We’ll both use this to share images, files and documents with each other throughout the project.
We set up and manage your project using Freedcamp, our Project Management tool.
We unfortunately can’t give you access, but rest assured we have a full project plan to ensure we keep on track and tick all the boxes.
